Shhh…it’s a surprise! Building on the enthusiasm created by our partnership with the YouTube Music Awards (YTMA), Kia is excited to present the second episode of The Shhhow with Clean Bandit. The Shhhow, a series of music performances that occur outside of traditional venues, is designed to delight music fans with great music created at the spur of the moment. This time, electronic group Clean Bandit from the UK surprised their biggest fans at a warehouse located in East London which was totally transformed into a surreal world for their newest album, ‘New Eyes’.
To celebrate the Australian Open 2015, Kia is presenting to the world the Kia X-Car, based on Kia’s all-new Sorento premium SUV. The Kia X-Car was inspired by Wolverine who fights the evil Sentinels with his invincible Adamantium claws in the latest X-Men series, X-Men: Days of Future Past. Despite its multiple advantages, the relatively short range of EVs has been a major concern for many car buyers. In terms of range, Kia Soul EV is setting a new benchmark in its class, with a single-charge driving distance of 132 miles. Next Green Car, a group of renowned eco and green car experts based in the UK, recently conducted a real-world range test to verify Soul EV’s actual driving range. The results were even better than could be imagined!

Kia Motors revealed another surprise for customers, and it all happened at a small petrol station in London. In celebrating the launch of Kia Soul EV’s online information center in the UK, Kia rolled out a stunt targeting customers who came to fill their cars with petrol by charging them only the cost of a full charge of the Kia Soul EV instead of their actual petrol price.
Kia’s premium SUV model, the all-new Sorento, made its overseas debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show earlier this year. While it wowed the crowd with its bold look at first glance, there’s lots more to discover when it comes to this exciting new generation’s wide variety of features and specs. Spencer Cho, head of Kia’s Overseas Product Marketing Team, has broken down the reasons why the all-new Sorento is poised to be the best in its class.
The official mascot for the UEFA EURO 2016 TM, sponsored by Kia has been revealed. The half-boy, half-hero mascot, who has the magic power to fly around the globe and connect people through the power of football, will appear at key events for the UEFA EURO 2016TM Tournament and meet football fans from around the globe. He will be featured with Kia Sportage, the best-selling CUV model in France.

The 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ is just a couple days away, and Kia is honored to be a continued partner. With a little help from supermodel Adriana Lima, Kia Motors America (KMA) is launching the “For One Month, Let’s All be Fútbol Fans” campaign, marked by a series of three TV commercials featuring Lima, the 2015 Optima midsize sedan and the Sorento CUV, a man cave, and a sports bar. Following up on our interview series on the refreshed Optima, we were also fortunate to learn more about the next generation Soul.
Today is our last in a series of interview on the redesigned Optima. This time, Mr. Yul-Hwang Chung, Vice President of the Mid/Large Vehicle Project Management Center, has provided detailed information on the design of the upgraded Optima.
