Kia Motors nearing 15 millionth vehicle export milestone June 16th, 2015

In 1975, Kia Motors exported the first 10 units of the Brisa pickup truck to Qatar. Fast forward 40 years, Kia is excited to mark its 15 millionth cumulative export from Korea later this June. Following the 10 millionth export reached in March of 2011, it has taken only four years and three more months to achieve 15 million exports. Kia Rio has been the top exported model with 2.23 million vehicles shipment so far, followed by the Sportage, Picanto and Sorento.
