The all-new third-generation Kia Sorento has clearly been making waves in the automotive world after it was unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show. The third-generation Kia Sorento is much more than just an upgraded SUV; it’s more of a luxury SUV. The latest Sorento was designed as a collaborative effort among Kia’s design teams in Korea, the United States and Europe. The end product? An SUV you just can’t take your eyes off of. Taking design cues from architectural structures, the all-new Sorento is both luxurious and sophisticated, the two design concepts that were the focus for both the exterior and interior.
The 2014 Paris Motor Show is still in full swing until next week, and the Kia booth has a total of 23 cars on display for all visitors to see! Not in Paris? No worries! All Kia fans can now get a Kia Virtual Tour of the Kia booth in Paris thanks to Google View. Google View allows all Kia fans to visit the Kia displays at the Paris Motor Show from the comfort of their own home, even getting a peek inside the all-new third-generation 2015 Kia Sorento, the enhanced Kia Rio and Venga models, and the revolutionary Optima T-hybrid concept and the Soul EV!
Last week we gave a quick glimpse at a power chef duo bringing new flavors to the Kia Media Lounge during the Paris Motor Show, and today we finally reveal the ultimate Kia-inspired menu! Brought to you by world-renowned Michelin 3 star-awarded Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his wife Marja Vongerichten, our new sensory branding initiative called ‘Taste of Kia’ includes dishes created under the concept of ‘approachable but luxurious.’
We’re finally done teasing about the 2014 Paris Motor Show, which is Europe’s last big motor show of the year, after holding a press conference and opening the Kia booth to the public. Those who got to stop by the Kia booth had a chance to see the 3rd generation Kia Sorento model, which just made its European debut, the enhanced Kia Rio and Venga models, and even the Kia Soul EV! Parisians also got a look at the prototype model of the Kia Optima featuring T-Hybrid tech.
Paris, we’re (almost) here! As always, the finest display of innovation and design in the automotive industry can be found at the Paris Motor Show. So you wouldn’t expect anything else from Kia in Paris this year, and we do have quite a lineup in store for the Paris Motor Show, which kicks off on October 2 for the media. From the highly-anticipated European debut of the all-new Kia Sorento\ to newly-updated versions of the popular Rio and Vengamodels, Kia’s design and tech is on full display along with the new Kia Optima T-Hybrid concept, showcasing the wide spectrum that Kia innovationcovers.
On August 28, after over 10 years since Kia‘s best-selling SUV first hit the global markets, Korea got the first real look at the third-generation Sorento, which is setting the standard for the ultimate upper-class SUV. The all-new Sorento, which was officially unveiled to the media in Seoul, features more muscular, rounded shoulders at the rear.
