Integrated with the widely popular Facebook Messenger system, the chatbot provides instant access to comprehensive vehicle information and multimedia about Kia’s newest eco-friendly model.
The NiroBot offers a full range of rich and interactive functions from full-sized galleries, expansive technical information and easy guided tutorials. Furthermore, users will also be able to schedule test drives and connect to a live representative at the touch of a button.
