Kia is releasing the final episode of the REDISCOVERED series featuring Chase Bryant and Michael McDonald from the legendary 70s rock band, The Doobie Brothers. Adding to the  excitement of the YouTube Music Awards (YTMA), Kia has released a series of music campaigns that have included The Shhhow with Clean Bandit and the REDISCOVERED series featuring Matthew Koma and MisterWives. In this installation, rising country music star Chase Bryant accepted the challenge to cover “Takin’ It To the Streets” by GRAMMY Award winning band, The Doobie Brothers.

The story begins with Bryant talking about his journey from the small town of Orange Grove to Music City while driving the streets of Nashville in Kia’s flagship SUV, the all-new Sorento. Watch the music video below to find out how he breaks down the legendary track country style and gets a surprise visit from prolific vocalist and artist Michael McDonald.

“I can’t tell you how excited and thankful I am about this series and to be the first country act to do this,” Bryant said. “To be able to say I got to work with Michael McDonald, whose music was the soundtrack to many years of my life, is something I’ll cherish for years, thanks to Kia. Great music never dies.”
