Video: UK car owners stunned by the cost-efficiency of Soul EV December 16th, 2014
Kia Motors revealed another surprise for customers, and it all happened at a small petrol station in London. In celebrating the launch of Kia Soul EV’s online information center in the UK, Kia rolled out a stunt targeting customers who came to fill their cars with petrol by charging them only the cost of a full charge of the Kia Soul EV instead of their actual petrol price. Watch as these customers, puzzled by the unbelievably low cost of their fill-up, discover the meaning of a ￡2.80 bill (approximately $4.40 in the US):
The brand’s first globally sold electric vehicle, Soul EV, is an all electric, zero-emission car that is stylish and innovative, with some exciting features such as two-tone color scheme, blue-accented projection beam headlamps, and LED rear combination lamps. As demonstrated in the video, Kia Soul EV can go whopping Europe-certified 132 miles (212 km) on a single charge. It is also the only electric vehicle in the European market to benefit from the comprehensive 7-Year, 150,000 km warranty offered by other Kia vehicles sold in the region.
